iPhone 4 32GB White on 02 FAULTY !

this is a iPhone 4 32GB White on 02 thats FAULTY everything works apart from it not making or receiving calls you can surf the internet without wifi if there is a sim card in it. everything else works fine apart from that fault comes with phone and charger and cable only condition wise it has a visible scratch on the front bottom right corner of the screen that wont show up in the photos and cannot be seen when the screen is on.
