Apple iphone 32gb 3gs, Boxed. faulty (backlight problem) ?

The phone is unlocked to any network. Everything works but the back light is gone so can only see the screen under bright light. Easy fix for someone perhaps. It comes boxed with charger. Bearing in mind the fault, the price is reduced a lot. NO BARGAIN HUNTERS OR TIME WASTERS. Collection: Slough (Berkshire) or can meet in paddington or victoria stations.
